Inteplast Group and AmTopp Division: Company History
Inteplast Group was established in 1991, and competitively produces high quality plastic
products on a large scale through its three divisions. Inteplast's AmTopp division consists
of three unique product lines: BOPP film, stretch wrap, and color concentrates & compounds.
Our diverse staff is bound by a strong team spirit and dedication to our customers. Through
innovation and advanced technology, combined with our large-scale capacity and commitment
to service, we provide quality, value, and complete customer satisfaction.
Manufacturing Facilities:
AmTopp's manufacturing facilities are located on a single plant site in Lolita,
Texas, about 100 miles south of Houston. Inteplast𠏋 customer service, marketing, credit,
purchasing, and accounting departments operate from our headquarters in Livingston, New Jersey.
AmTopp';s BOPP films are produced in two separate side-by-side plants. BOPP I contains
four 8-meter extrusion lines and BOPP II contains two 8-meter extrusion lines. Total BOPP
capacity reaches 240 million pounds per year. The BOPP manufacturing plants also have numerous
slitters, sheeters, and metallizing capabilities.
Our stretch wrap plant houses five 3-layer extrusion lines and three 9-layer extrusion lines
for a total volume capacity of almost 200 million pounds per year. AmTopp stretch wrap offers
a wide range of product types and sizes for both hand wrap and machine wrap applications,
including the LoadStar and X-treme brands.
The plastic concentrates and compounds plant manufactures high-quality additives and fillers
with our five twin-screw extruders and one continuous single screw mixer. Total annual capacity
of this plant is just over 50 million pounds. AmTopp has the ability to service both commodity
and high-tech specialty applications.
