Integrated Bagging Systems Bun Rack and Pan Covers

Compact, Quick-dispensing packaging Inteplast Bun Rack Covers are made out of High Density (HDPE) plastic film and are available in two standard sizes: 52"x 80" and 60"x 80". Our Bun Pan Covers are made out of Linear Low Density (LLDPE) film and come in a standard size of 21"x 6"x 35". Rack and pan covers are perforated on a 1.5" center core.

All IBS rack and pan covers are puncture resistant and are FDA and USDA compliant.

Case per Pallet Configuration
Inteplast case per pallet configuration is based on a standard pallet size of 40" x 48" and our state-of-the-art automated warehouse cell storage specifications. Each product and its configuration is evaluated by IBS packaging engineers to maximize stability during loading, unloading and transit.
