Inteplast Group is founded on the belief that a successful organization should make
meaningful contributions that positively impact our communities. Since its inception,
Inteplast has contributed to schools, hospitals, churches, and other support services
in our neighboring South Texas communities. We contribute our materials, expertise and
manpower as well as monetary donations. Inteplast focuses especially on local youth by
honoring outstanding scholarship and citizenship, providing employment opportunities through
an ongoing work-study program, and supporting a variety of area school programs.
Inteplast Group also believes in contributing to the greater good outside of our local
regions. In 2010, Inteplast worked with Taiwan’s TZU CHI Foundation and the United Nations
to provide nearly 60,000 tarps to act as temporary tent housing for earthquake victims in
Haiti and Chile.
