IntePlus® (XF Film) roll stock is made in gauges ranging from 3 mil (70 GSM) to 17 mil (400 GSM), and in widths up to 15 feet without seams. With edge lamination, the roll width can increase up to 30 feet.

Undersiding for Manufacturing Housing (MH) and Recreational Vehicles (RV)

Home-Mateä Undersiding made with IntePlus® (XF Film) was introduced in 1996. Since that time, Home-Mate ä Undersiding has become the leading brand in the industries. For many years, Home-Mateä Undersiding provides the MH & RV industry with the performance benefits they have been searching for.

	VAPOR BARRIER PROPERTIES Home-Mateä Undersiding is a solid and continuous film with low moisture vapor transmission. Unlike woven materials, Home-Mateä Undersiding does not have a thin poly coating that can peel, shred or break causing leaks. Excess water penetration can damage walls and floors, encouraging mold growth. With Home-Mateä Undersiding, there is maximum vapor barrier protection.
	CROSS-LAMINATED STRENGTH Home-Mateä Undersiding is produced from multiple plies of specially formulated, co-extruded polyethylene films that are laminated at opposing angles. This patented manufacturing process produces a film with exceptional tensile strength, highly resistant to tearing and puncturing. Home-Mateä Undersiding eliminates small tears and holes – preventing big repair jobs.
	INSTALLATION CONVENIENCE During the installation of wiring, plumbing and insulation, Home-Mateä Undersiding will withstand the traffic abuse caused by workmen.
	ROLL AVAILABILITY Home-Mateä Undersidng is available in layflat and/or folded rolls in widths from 148” to 225”, and length of 1,500 feet and 3,000 feet per roll.

Water Proofing and Vapor Barrier Substrates
With the unique multi-orientation of the film and its strength properties, IntePlus® (XF Film) Vapor Barrier Film resists tearing, snags and punctures. IntePlus® (XF Film) Vapor Barrier Film is tough enough to withstand the construction site’s conditions and traffic. IntePlus® (XF Film) Vapor Barrier Film is an opaque film. The film can be printed for product identification or company logo. IntePlus® (XF Film) Vapor Barrier Film is an extremely rugged material that will perform in almost any environment at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 82°C (-40°F to 180°F). It is completely moisture resistant and retains 100% strength when wet. Extruded from polyethylene (PE) resins, IntePlus® (XF Film) Vapor Barrier Film is completely recyclable. IntePlus® (XF Film) Vapor Barrier Film is available un-printed up to 180" wide or printed with 1 to 6 colors up to 62" wide. All material is wound on a 3" or 6" core.

Geomembrane – Liners and Covers
The strength of IntePlus® (XF Film) is the best solution when a strong, tough, and puncture resistance film for geo-liner is required. IntePlus® (XF Film) has been used as a structural layer of Geosynthetic Clay Liners. IntePlus® (XF Film) can be laminated with other substrates, such as PP non-woven to form the high performance environmental liners, IntePlus® (XF Film) will be found in applications for landfill liners and caps, impoundments, secondary containment and mining.

Cotton Module Covers & Bale Wraps
When used for agricultural applications, IntePlus® (XF Film) offers a tough material for wraps and covers. Widely used by leading converters who manufacture grain storage, cotton module covers, hay bale covers, and irrigation trench covers. In the synthetic fiber industries, IntePlus® (XF Film) is a superior wrapping material used on the Lummus and Autefa packing machines at polyester fiber plants. IntePlus® (XF Film), made with solid polyethelene, does not peel or shred like PP woven, which can contaminate the fibers.

Industrial Packaging and Wrap Films

IntePlus® (XF Film) is an extremely rugged material that will perform in almost any environment with temperatures ranging from -40°C to 82°C (-40°F to 180°F). It is completely moisture resistant and retains 100% strength when wet. IntePlus® (XF Film) Protective Lumber Wrap film is an opaque film, black in color on the inside and white on the outside. The opacity of the black blocks the sun's rays and prevents heat build-up and harmful condensation from staining the wood. The white color reflects the sunlight and provides a clear printable surface for product identification or a company logo. IntePlus® (XF Film) Mattress/Furniture Packaging film is designed for protection against post-manufacturing damage by excessive handling. This film offers a wide temperature range and can be easily heat-sealed. Rust and corrosion of metal is prevented by the toughness of IntePlus® (XF Film) with a VCI additive layer. It is an ideal packaging material for metal parts, such as coils, metal sheets, metal parts, general machinery and cable wheels, etc. When an extremely tough wrapping film is needed, IntePlus® (XF Film) is the preferred material of choice.
