IntePlus® (XF Film) Tubing uses the roll stock to convert into comparable size of Tubing used as packaging sacks and protective tubes.

All the IntePlus® (XF Film) Tubing is made with gussets to ensure stable roll profile.

IntePlus® (XF Film) Tubing can be made in gauges from 70 GSM to 110 GSM. Tubing face widths range between 10 inches and 54 inches, whereas, gusset widths, from 4 inches to 16 inches.

Extra strength of IntePlus® (XF Film) Tubing reduces the broken-bag rate and increases production yield. IntePlus® (XF Film) Tubing is designed to be compatible with most brand name FFS packaging machines. Excellent heat-seal ability ensures every bag will form, fill and seal perfectly. The strong structure of IntePlus® (XF Film) will reduce gauge requirement by 2/3 compared to regular LDPE film, meaning less material per bag, less roll change and storage area. In addition to Tubing FFS film, Inteplast supplies FFS film in SWS or center-fold format.

Pipe Wraps (Encasement)
Using special formulated IntePlus® (XF Film) for Pipe Wrap Tubing, Inteplast has designed an encasement film for corrosion control for buried ductile and gray iron pipes. This special film is complied with the ANSI/AWWA C105/A21.5 American National Standard. In additional to Tubing, versatile IntePlus® (XF Film) Pipe Wraps can be converted into a wide range of tubing applications, as needed.
