World-Pak Products
Welcome to the World-Pak Division of Inteplast Group, Ltd. where we
produce a variety of innovative products including fluted
polypropylene and polyethylene boards, solid and expanded PVC
sheets, and cross-laminated film in world-class facilities at
Inteplast's multi-plant site in Lolita, Texas.
IntePro® mono- and co-extruded fluted polypropylene and polyethylene boards. The IntePro® plant has both monoextrusion and coextrusion lines and can
produce over 140 million pounds of material each year, which is
greater than the combined output of all other manufacturers of
similar products in North America.
Four distinctive PVC Products
are manufactured at World-Pak's PVC sheet plant, which has an annual
capacity of 120 million pounds. All PVC products have low flammability and conform
to UL-94 V0 rating and 5V specifications.

IntePlus® (XF
Film) is a co-extruded, cross-laminated film for shipping sacks
and industrial film composites. IntePlus® (XF Film)can be converted and
fabricated on conventional poly film equipment. Its world-class
manufacturing plant has the capacity to produce over 54 million
pounds of film annually.
