Inteplast Engineered Films Launches InteGuard Hooder Films

LIVINGSTON, NJ – May 18, 2026 –The InteGuard™ line of shrink and stretch hooder films from Inteplast Engineered Films (IEF) was designed with research spanning more than 20 years of customer insight to provide elevated performance across a variety of applications.

IEF President Bob Stein confirmed that surveying customers’ needs, particularly for the evolving hooder segment, makes InteGuard a timely asset to the market.

“We’ve been selling stretch hood film for more than 20 years. Over time, we’ve expanded our product offering, added dedicated technical resources, and built manufacturing presence in multiple facilities across North America. We are introducing this experience and capability formally under the InteGuard name as to emphasize our commitment to this important market segment,” said Stein.

The InteGuard shrink and stretch hooder film line is compatible with all major machine manufacturers’ hooder machines. Numerous vertical applications include:
