LIVINGSTON, NJ – November 5, 2025 – Laubach Companies, a trucking and warehousing business based in Paragould, AR, has been acquired by Inteplast Group and rebranded as Laubach Logistics. Its operations will be merged with Inteplast’s trucking fleet within the Inteplast Logistics and Trucking business unit.
Laubach, founded in 1983, has been serving the Arkansas region for 40+ years providing services that included kitting, trucking, and warehousing. Inteplast Group, which has 80 U.S. facilities, projects that its manufacturing network will benefit from the southern Midwest site, as it is expected to serve as an anchor for company-wide freight and distribution improvements. Laubach Logistics President Craig Laubach will remain with the company, where he will coordinate with the Logistics and Trucking business unit to focus on further refining offerings for clientele.
Inteplast Group President Dr. John Young said that Laubach’s location, holistic approach to logistics, coupled with their warehouse operations, are key elements in growth for the Group’s plants and customers.

Dan Martino, vice president of Administration at Inteplast stated that bringing Laubach Logistics into the Inteplast Group fold will provide excellent service for internal and external customers.
“Merging Laubach with our current trucking capabilities exponentially increases our service options. The Inteplast Logistics and Trucking unit will continue to grow and offer exciting opportunities in warehousing, distribution, and shipping,” he said.
