We are proud of what our employees have accomplished together,” said Hatch.
Rhonda Kelley, executive director of the Juniata River Valley Chamber of Commerce, stated that Trinity Plastics was “a truly deserving recipient.”
“Their willingness to build and support a diverse workforce representing multiple countries, while successfully navigating language barriers, speaks volumes about their inclusive culture and leadership. Coupled with their efforts to strengthen employee retention and foster a positive workplace environment, Trinity Plastics continues to set a high standard for businesses across our region. We are proud to recognize their achievements and look forward to their continued growth and future expansion,” said Kelley.
According to the criteria for the award, the honored business or organization must exemplify the qualities of honesty, fairness, ethical business practices and concern for employees and customers.
Matt Cram, plant manager, said the award was a reflection of Trinity staff and its management. “The effort needed to receive this award truly should be shared by all. We would not be in the position that we are in if we didn’t get buy-in from all team members. We are proud to embrace and accept the diverse cultures that represent Trinity Plastics. Together we are stronger.”
